Leadership Frequency

How the Best Leaders Stay Themselves Under Pressure

Coming Soon | By Teresa Lodato

You don’t lose capability under pressure. You lose access to it.

If you know what to do but cannot consistently do it when it matters most, this book was written for you.

Leadership Frequency reveals why the most accomplished leaders lose access to their clearest thinking under pressure, and introduces Reflect, Release, Restore: a neuroscience-grounded process for recognizing when your internal state has shifted, releasing what is narrowing your access, and returning to center.

This is not another framework to add to the pile. It is the operating system beneath every framework you have already learned.

About the Author

Teresa Lodato is a U.S. Navy veteran, former Private Banking and Investment Specialist at Merrill Lynch, 2x TEDx speaker (top 2%), and executive leadership coach who lost access so completely that half her face was paralyzed by a rare stress-induced neurological condition. The decade of rebuilding that followed produced the framework in this book.
