The Book
Author of the upcoming book Leadership Frequency: How the Best Leaders Stay Themselves Under Pressure.
You don’t lose capability under pressure.
You lose access to it
Teresa Lodato helps senior leaders recognize when their best thinking has gone offline under pressure, and restore consistent access to it. Through neuroscience-grounded coaching, corporate facilitation, and keynote speaking.
Teresa Lodato is a leadership coach, speaker, and author whose work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and executive leadership.
A United States Navy veteran and former Private Banking and Investment Specialist at Merrill Lynch, Teresa spent over twenty years inside high-pressure environments before a rare stress-induced neurological condition forced her to confront the cost of leading without access to her own clarity. The decade of rebuilding that followed produced the framework that became Leadership Frequency.
Her methodology, Reflect, Release, Restore, gives leaders a practical, neuroscience-grounded process for recognizing when their internal state has shifted, releasing what is narrowing their access, and returning to the clear thinking their roles demand.
Teresa holds advanced certifications in neuroscience coaching (CNTC), relational trauma coaching (CRTC), and professional coaching (CPCC, PCC through ICF). She is a 2x TEDx speaker; her first talk reached the top 2% of all TEDx talks globally. She is the author of the upcoming book Leadership Frequency: How the Best Leaders Stay Themselves Under Pressure.
